VeloraMed Travel — a medical-tourism concierge service in Uzhhorod (Ukraine), website veloramed.com.ua. You can reach us at hello@veloramed.com.ua or via the other contacts listed on the site.
Only what you enter in the forms yourself: your name, contact channel (phone or messenger), the selected services and trip details (country and city of departure, number of people and nights). We do not request medical documents through the site.
There is one purpose — to contact you and arrange your request: clinic matching, booking, an estimate, and transfer and accommodation if needed. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. Your data is not used for mailings without separate consent.
Partner clinics and logistics partners (carrier, hotel) — only to the extent needed for the booking or reservation. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Until your request is fulfilled or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time — just write to us at hello@veloramed.com.ua or via the other contacts on the site. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your country.
